This album was a life changer, an utter revolution, beautiful and breathtaking not just musically,lead me on a voyage into spirituality.

What can you tell me about Joy musically speaking? Is it part of an exercise? A Kriti or song form of sorts? I’d love to have some background information on this so I can seek more of it. 🙂
