  Happy birthday John. well I’m 37 and I sometimes struggle with life since I can’t seem to find a solution to make a living with my music. I still have to teach guitar to keep my head above water if you know what I mean…Well you are a constant source of positive energy for me and I want to thank you for that because you’re one of the reasons why I keep going for it and writing some more.   Happy Birthday, John … and may you enjoy many more decades full of good health and prolific creativity which will inspire listeners and musicians all over the world. And very personal thanks to you, the truly fastest guitarist in the world, for sparking my interest for your marvellous music since the early seventies. I had the great honour to listen to you live on a Jazz Festival in the Munich Olympic Hall – an experience I will never forget. And one more thing – to me, the original Mahavishnu Orchestra was for sure the greatest band the world has ever seen!!
