  Very happy to see that John will be touring Europe again. I have not seen him in the Netherlands for many years. The last time was with Trilok Gurtu, in Utrecht. Will the 4th dimension perform in the Netherlands as well? Otherwise I will go to Bruxelles anyhow. I have never seen a Shakti concert. Will Shakti perform in Europe in the near future? That would be one of my dearest wishes coming true…

  Hello Jeroen, these dates are the only ones yet confirmed for the european tour of the 4th Dimension. There will be a very short tour in July where they will play at the festivals.
  No Shakti concerts planned in 2008.

  It’s great that 4-th Dimension will be at Moscow… But when i’ll see John in Ukraine, at least in Kiev, better in Simferopol

  That’s great, two shows in Hungary. I haven’t seen John live since his 2001 Remember Shakti tour. By the way, it is Debrecen, not Bredecen.

  Hey, John McLaughlin, if you ever get a chance to read this, next time you do an North American tour, want to make a stop near Connecticut? Please! I would love to see you and your group perform live. Seeing as how I was born almost thirty years after one of my favorite of your bands, the Mahavishnu Orchestra, broke up, it would be a real treasure to see you perform in at least some form!

  Saw the concert in Bratislava 20 05 08. Have not seen him for many years.
  This was a master class in delivering music with spirituality and earthly harmony to an audience starved of such delights.
  Great teaching for all musicians and a wonderful evening where musicians are not frightened to play slow lyrical pieces.

  Saw the London show last night and truly amazing music. Each piece seemed better than the previous one.It was hypnotic and the back up drumming and keyboards superb. In a word an Awesome concert.. A DVD of that concert would be very welcome.
